Returns and Refunds
Returns: 14-day
All purchases are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
You can return item/s within 14 days of the recorded delivery to you. The goods must be unused and in unopened packaging with the full postage paid by you.
To request a return please email sale@hasupermarket.co.uk with a copy of your order and clearly inform us of the item/s you would like to return. If approved, we will give you a unique reference number to process your return. We will give you instructions on where to send the returned item/s to. Please ensure the item/s are appropriately packaged to mitigate damage in transit.
Consumers Rights Act 2015 applies. A cooling off period of 14-days applies along with your statutory rights.

We will not be able to accept returned items without explicit prior approval and arrangement. Once approved, you will be provided with a unique reference number. Please include this number on a note in the parcel with the items to be returned. Please note that the goods must be returned in a suitable box with the full postage paid by you.
